Making a reservation
Please book as far in advance as possible to reserve your preferred date & time. However, feel free to drop by when you are available and we will do our best
to accommodate you

When booking with us, please provide the following:
1. Last name
2. Mobile telephone
3. Email address
4. Credit card details including number, expiry date and 3 digit code at the back (Visa or MasterCard). If you do not wish to provide your credit card details, you are invited to pay for your treatment in advance, with a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit

Confidentiality
We keep your details strictly confidential and secure

Standard 24 hour Cancellation Policy
If for any reason, you are unable to make your appointment you will be charged the full price of your treatment if you cancel within 24 hours. This charge will be waived if you are able to provide someone to replace you

Parking
Parking is available in the area. We provide you with stamps for 2 hours for any treatment of over 1 hour at the following Parking Garage: 66 rue de la Concorde (closes at 18h)

Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment time. Please note that whilst we will do our best to accommodate you, if you are late for your treatment you may not receive the full allotted time which you are charged for

What is provided?
Bathrobes, batiks, slippers, organic, luxury shower products, lockers
& refreshments are provided

Valuables
Please keep your valuables with you or at home. Lockers are provided.
Serendip Spa or any of its affiliates cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal effects

Contraindications
Please note that some of our treatments are not recommended for certain medical conditions or during pregnancy. We require a medical certificate for certain medical conditions

We accept Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard and Cash

Gift Vouchers & Subscriptions
Please note that Subscriptions & Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year and can be ordered at reception, by email or by telephone. Subscriptions & Gift vouchers
are non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be combined with special offers
