Our meditation classes draw on a variety of principles and disciplines from the silent Zen meditation practiced by monks to the guided visualisations of the Yogis. Meditation is non-denominational and open to everyone, no matter what your background or experience.
Classes are given in the language stated on the schedule. Group class bookings are by reservation online on our website (last minute reservations are on a first come, first served basis). All students are required to complete the online registration form before their first class. Private classes are by reservation only.
