Each season has its own energy that affects our body and our health, and Summer is no exception. In this 2-hour workshop on Sunday 17th June, from 2pm to 4pm, we willwelcome Summer by diving into Ayurveda and the Five Elements of Chinese medicine to help us make the most of this fiery season.
We will practice dynamic sequences of Vinyasa Flow yoga to honour Summer’s energy, wrapping our workshop with a more mellow sequence for a balanced holistic practice. Prepare to feel radiant, rejuvenated, and ready to rock your Summer!
