Trained initially in the Sivananda tradition in 2012, Patricia offers classes a few Sundays per month in Serendip. She is developing since 2015 a style which is very inspired in the yoga therapy, having as principal focus the alignment between body and mind: breathing and posture become tools to slow down the mind, developing at the same time flexibility and force, but ultimately aiming at having access to the inner voice, or at least, at revealing the obstacles which keep us disconnected from it. She is available for particular classes upon request.
Yoga is a passion also for Maria (and a way of life), who is very happy to be able to share the benefits of Sivananda yoga with as many people as possible. You can meet Maria every other Sunday at our Sivananda class plus she is also teaching our little yogis. Maria teaches in English & French
