A French expat in Brussels & dark chocolate lover, Emmanuelle is proof that yoga can change people’s lives for the better, on all levels. Her yoga motto : come back to your body, step into your power, express yourself fully! Emmanuelle is currently leading our first Yoga Teacher's Training.
Carrie is American but has been living in Belgium for a while. Carrie's background is Ashtanga-based and at Serendip she is teaching Vinyasa classes as well as Post-Natal Yoga classes.
Juliyana is from Srilanka, her yoga knowledge and experience was gained from South India, Sivananda ashram - Kerala, Shanthi yoga- Kerala, Phatabhi Jois - Mysore, Yogadarshanam- Mysore, Ashtanga Mandir-Colombo, Babaji's kriya yoga-Colombo Srilanka, Agathaivu course in simplified kundalini yoga-Colombo Srilanka. Her philosophy of life is to share her knowledge and experience of the great art of man kind yoga with the world. Her religion is love and truth.
Anne is French, primarily trained as a dancer and performer, who came to Belgium years ago to study acting. She has experience in several movement modalities and comes from an Iyengar yoga background. Anne is teaching our Saturday Iyengar Yoga classes and you can also meet her at our popular Time for You classes.
"Yoga is the shortest distance between body, mind and soul" is a motto of Patrizia - Anjali who comes from Spain and teaches at Serendip Sivananda classes every other Sunday. Always positive & smiley, that's Patricia's style!
Yoga is a passion also for Maria (and a way of life), who is very happy to be able to share the benefits of Sivananda yoga with as many people as possible. You can meet Maria every other Sunday at our Sivananda class plus she is also teaching our little yogis. Maria teaches in English & French
Lucia practices yoga since she was a kid and she has been teaching in Italy, Germany and now Brussels. Lucia’s interest in Yoga brought her to explore and practice different styles and her belief that health comes from a holistic approach, brought her to get further trainings as massage therapist, food therapist, macrobiotics and Ayurveda cook. More recently she completed the Hormone Yogatherapy Teacher’s training with Dinah Rodrigues and a Restorative Yoga Teacher Training. Lucia speaks Italian, English, French and German.
Having practiced dance, Céline discovers yoga "accidentally” but not believing in things happening by accident, she never quit yoga for now nearly ten years. After some years of Iyengar she turned to vinyasa flow which she loves for the reconnexion with the body and the the breath and the fluidity of movements. Trained by Emmanuelle Lambert at Serendip spa she holds a 200hr YA certificate and give classes of vinyasa flow and Yin yoga. She is currently following Shiva Rea’s Prana Flow teacher training.
