June at the Studio: Moving into Summer
As the days grow longer and summer begins to unfold, June invites us to move, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves in new ways.
This month, alongside your favourite weekly classes, we are introducing a series of Friday Summer Sessions - designed to help you transition into the weekend with greater ease, energy, and balance. Join us for Summer Flow Yoga and Summer Unwind, two practices created to support both vitality and restoration as the season changes.
The third week of June brings a special opportunity to celebrate both International Yoga Day and the Summer Solstice. We will gather for a dedicated Summer Solstice & Yoga Day Celebration, featuring a special Wellbeing Apéro on Friday evening and a seasonal practice on Saturday and Sunday - a chance to celebrate movement, connection, and the small practices that help us feel our best.
