Who we are

SERENDIP is co-led by Melissa Rancourt – a global strategist and industrial engineer who is passionate about encouraging girls into STEM-based careers (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) - and hospitality expert, sports coach, global events & marketing specialist Helena Mahouas

Many of SERENDIP’s staff members, teachers and therapists have spent a substantial part of their careers working in the corporate world and understand the pressures that both employees and companies have to contend with

  • Treat your team to a group session in yoga, Pilates, sound meditation, breathwork, stress management, or sophrology. Held at Serendip or brought to your office—fully tailored to your needs.

  • Transform your next event, conference or office day with a pop-up sanctuary. Our Wellbeing Corner brings calm, clarity, and care directly to your space, offering massages, meditation or short wellness sessions. Fully customizable for your brand and event tone.

  • Looking for a unique and serene venue? Rent our beautiful studio for small meetings, team retreats, workshops, or client networking events (up to 40 people). A refreshing change from the usual boardroom.
