Join us for the Yin Yang Autumn Workshop, a specially designed yoga experience that blends dynamic vinyasa flow with the calming depths of yin and restorative yoga. This carefully curated practice honors the balance of movement and stillness, helping to align with the rhythms of nature during this seasonal shift.
We’ll begin with an energizing vinyasa sequence, awakening the body and gently warming the muscles, supporting circulation and vitality. As the practice evolves, we’ll move into deep yin postures, targeting fascia and connective tissue to release held tension and prepare the body for the quiet of autumn. We’ll close with soothing restorative poses, allowing the nervous system to soften and reset.
