MY combines specially modified yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindful meditation practices alongside nutrition, natural remedies and wellbeing guidance.
Through gentle movement, therapeutic breathwork, and guided relaxation, you will learn practical tools to ease the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause (such as increased anxiety and overwhelm, insomnia, hot flushes or low mood and energy). This natural stage of life can be an opportunity to improve your health and wellbeing. Together, we will explore this life phase as a natural turning of seasons, a transition that can open the door to the renewed self.
