The world has been going through overwhelming motions lately, and we have been changing and adapting as both our inner and outer landscapes have changed. Let's take some time to recharge and release tensions, find our centre again, through movement, breath, and meditation.
In this workshop with Emmanuelle, designed for stress relief, we will use several tools from different yoga traditions: we will start with a slow Vinyasa flow with circular motions to release tensions in the body, move into Yin-inspired stretches to rest and restore the nervous system. We will end with a Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) for peace of mind.
