February Studio Calendar

February brings a fresh rhythm to Serendip, and we’re delighted to share our new studio calendar, with inspiring classes and new teachers joining our weekly flow.

This month, we warmly welcome Iraklis, who will be guiding a new Improvisation Dance class on Mondays.

Also new on Mondays, Emma’s Vinyasa offers a breath-led, fluid practice designed to support strength, mobility, and ease -an energising yet grounding way to begin the week.

On Friday lunchtime, we introduce Strength & Flow, a dynamic class weaving together Vinyasa yoga, primal movement patterns, and mindful bodyweight strength. Expect creative, integrated movement that builds resilience and coordination, followed by a gradual slowing down into rest - leaving you feeling strong, grounded, and restored.

On Saturdays afternoon, we’re happy to share that Clee will be offering Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing. Due to its popularity and demand, this deeply nourishing class is returning to the schedule and will now become a regular offering, inviting you into profound rest, resonance, and renewal during the weekend.
